You will be able to access most areas of www.gametrading.co.uk without registering your details with me. I may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page.
You should check this page from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, because they are binding to you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on this page.
COLLECT WITH CASH
A discount will be applied to my online prices when you collect in person, as I do not have to pay postage. Therefore, I am passing this saving on to you in the way of £2 off any game, movie or music CD.
Available times for my collect with cash service is Mondays to Fridays (6:00 pm to 8:00 pm) and Saturdays (10:00 am to 8:00 pm)

TRADE A GAME
Trade in your game and pay only £2 for any any game I have in stock. You can not trade in a game I already have in stock and the game must belong to the same platform. This service is only available when collecting in person with CA$H.
Simply message me using FACEBOOK or TWEET ME to confirm what game you have to trade and what game you would like to trade for, as well as to arrange a day and time you would like to collect. See my terms and conditions for further details.
The placing of an order confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. Please ensure you read and understand these terms before ordering.
These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Go to our home page were you can select a game(s), movies (DVDs/Blu-Rays) and music (CDs) from the sliding carousals or the category links by clicking on the product you would like to purchase. Add your selected product(s) to the online cart by clicking the Add to Cart button, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked for details necessary for us to be able to complete the order.
Please ensure you fill in all details requested including your email address and if possible your land line or mobile phone number, so I can contact you if any unforeseen problems arise. If you have any questions you can call me.
You will be directed to PayPal UK secure payment pages via our online order form through the ordering process. Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and most UK bank debit and credit cards are accepted.(see credit card and security policy section 11.0)
All payments included postage and packaging.
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. Authorization of your payment failed.
2. There is a pricing or product description error on our website.
3. Product or products are out of stock or discontinued.
4. Our delivery company (Royal Mail) do not deliver to your area.
When I receive your order. a confirmation will be emailed to you. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between me and you. Sometimes with payment systems there may be price discrepancies, system failures, or a mistake in the input of numerals on to a system. I will indicate acceptance of your order by email. I have included this term to protect myself in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or I am no longer able to supply a particular product for reasons outside my control. In the case of a change of price, I will always contact you before delivery to ensure that the price is acceptable, If it is not I will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
If there are any problems at all with your order, you will be contacted by email or telephone to try to resolve by me.
If your item is not in stock, I can not back order the product for you, as all products are pre-owned and I do not keep multiples of the same products. You will always be emailed or called by telephone to inform you that your order has been cancelled.
All Gametrading products will be dispatched within 48 hours and delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for delivery service.
A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the product on arrival. Products will not be left without a signature. If products are signed for as “unchecked” no claim can be entered into.
UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT GIVE A SPECIFIC TIME OF DAY FOR THE DELIVERY, HOWEVER, YOU CAN TRACK YOUR DELIVER VIA THE ROYAL MAIL SERVICE.
Delivery lead times are normally 2 – 10 working days on all products.
No liability can be accepted for costs or losses caused by delayed deliveries. Although we always aim to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, occasionally due to matters beyond our control deliveries can take longer than anticipated.
There will be a failed delivery notice left by Royal Mail and you will be required to go to your local Royal Mail depot to sign and collect your order.
All product prices are inclusive of delivery charges. If a failed delivery occurs, no extra charges will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product(s), up to 14 days after the day you have received them. Please inform me by email using the contact form provided if you wish to cancel. Please write ORDER RETURN in the subject line of your email. Thank You.
Any returns must be arranged and paid by the customer.
If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes or plastic wrapping to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we reserve the right to not to refund any monies owed. Customer returns must be agreed by both parties before the goods are returned. The customer must pay all costs involved in transporting the product(s) back to Gametrading premises from which they were dispatched, details of which will be on your delivery note, or provided on our receipt of your cancellation form if required, or to my premises 100 Whitton Church Lane, Ipswich , Suffolk. I recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for delivery service.
Any refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 days from the date when the items are returned to my Gametrading premises. Refunds can only be placed back on to the card you have paid with via PayPal.
The right of cancellation outlined above applies to consumers only and not to anyone ordering goods in the course of a trade or business.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS ON DELIVERY
PLEASE ENSURE THOROUGH INSPECTION OF THE GOODS IS UNDERTAKEN BEFORE YOU SIGN AND TAKE THE DELIVERY.
( IF GOODS ARE INCORRECT OR SHOW ANY DAMAGE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THEM AND RETURN THEM WITH THE DRIVER FOR REPLACEMENT. THIS WILL ENSURE WE CAN OFFER THE BEST SERVICE FOR A FASTER REPLACEMENT )
Contact me within 48 hrs of receipt if your product is faulty or damaged, by phone or email or our contact form.
I will arrange to replace any product with a manufacturing fault within the guarantee at no cost to the buyer with a product of the same value at no extra charge to you. Please note we cannot issue an exchange or refund until we have received the goods back and inspected them.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY AND PRIVACY REPORT
When an order has been placed, your credit / debit card details are inputted in to an online terminal system handled by PayPal UK which uses encryption. I do not hold or save credit card numbers or any other financial data in MY systems. Every transaction requires the entry of a valid credit card number before it is processed. The card is then authorized and I will process the order before I can claim the payment.
This website does collect personal information about such as name, billing address, shipping address and tel numbers and email when you register an account or place an order online or by telephone.
No data is transmitted in clear text between any web site during the payment process.
I ask you for details about yourself because we want to ensure that we give you a service of the highest standards. The information you give us is not traded or sold on to other companies.
